OPTISOL® 5100 Moisture Management System

OptiSol 5100 is an all-natural, patent-pending ingredient system that has strong hydrocolloid properties. These properties have been shown to be effective in controlling water activity in bread formulations and aiding in shelf life extension and anti-staling. Claims of nutritional benefits from Omega-3, fibers and lignans are also available.

SELECTGRAD® Milled Flaxseed

SelectGrad milled flaxseed is a gently milled flax ingredient for use in a variety of food applications. Offering a soft texture and mild, nutty toasted flavor, SelectGrad is trans fat-free, gluten-free and kosher certified. It is available in Regular (for soft texture), Ultra Fine (for fine texture), Fine (for less-conspicuous appearance) and Organic. Shelf life is guaranteed for two years.
