Gillco Ingredients, through our partnership with Wholesome Sweeteners, is dedicated to bringing the finest Fair Trade Certified Organic sugars to industrial food producers. These delicious artisanal sweeteners are made at some of the smallest mills in the world. In addition to incomparable flavor, each of our products is made with exceptional care for the planet and people. Fair Trade means that the farmers are paid directly for the sugar cane they grown, which helps support the farmers, their families and their communities. Whenever possible, we work with Fair Trade Certified farmers cooperatives and together we work to improve agricultural and social conditions on small family farms.
